Why join FA?
What build are you aiming for?
Can you play it well?
Are you a good fighter and social?
Do you speak and/or type English well?
What other characters do you have?
What guilds are they in?
Are you loyal and trustworthy?
Do you like Pie?
Where are u from and what is your name?
Oh!
You must be a thief!
..and like it.
You can post a reply and copy/paste or quote the questions above.
Seems these are the ones i ask the most.
So maybe this can make things easier.. also the guild can get to know you better.

Cool idea but i think we have to make it puplic otherways is have no sence ... like in globals or stall names
